Who we are

Black Key Consulting (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2019/029647/07), a subsidiary of Black Key Capital (Pty) Ltd, is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or book a consultation we collect your name, company, email address, phone or mobile number and the business information you choose to share. Booking details are stored in our Microsoft 365 calendar, which we use to send your invitation and reminders. If you accept analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel), we collect information about how the site is used and which campaigns brought you here.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to deliver our services. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep records for the periods required by law. Information we no longer need is deleted.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to its processing. Contact us at info@blackkey.co.za.
